Producer - Project Manager - Brand Management
I worked on the North American Publishing team at Riot Games on the Product side. My initial work started on VALORANT where I worked on the Gekko Agent Release. I then worked as the Project Manager for the Worlds '22 Atlanta Tailgate party and transferred over to the League of Legends team working on Product and Esports marketing. My day-to-day duties encompassed vendor management, updating the content in the League of Legends game client, campaign planning, and on-site influencer management.
I was brought in as a Project Manager for the Worlds 2022 Semifinal Stage in Atlanta, Georgia. We rented out Olympic Park and had 2000 fans attend a League of Legends themed tailgate party with free and custom merch, dance crews, and a drumline performance the day before semifinals.
VALORANT influencers were treated to an early preview of the newest agent, Gekko, at Riot campus. They met with developers and got a hands-on preview with Gekko and were able to capture content for release on their own channels.
I led the project to get our custom Soul Juice drink made and to get a juice truck custom wrapped in a Soul Fighter theme to serve Soul Juice at the LCS after party.
Pitched the event as part of NA Publishing's plans and helped get it off the ground when it was elevated to a global event.
Custom Banners for our LAN Activations in Australia where we surprised our Oceanic fans by re-entering the space to celebrate Soul Fighter!
Custom Soul Juice Tumbler given out to Oceanic fans at the LAN center activations.
Custom merch box that we sent out to 100 influencers with a t-shirt, tote bag, nalgene bottle, stickers, and hat as part of the Soul Fighter campaign.
A few lucky fans were gifted our Soul Fighter merch boxes at the LCS Arena during Playoffs!
I worked with the influencer management team helping influencers do meet and greets, get to various activations around the arena, and handled transport logistics for the weekend to and from NY and NJ.
I was brought in to project manage this one-night event with Mogul Moves featuring VALORANT streamers and pros as part of the 2023 Road to LA for VCT Champs. I worked with internal teams to get brand approvals, assets, and social promotion for the event.
Facilitated getting our 3rd party vendor game files to create a trophy based on the shoe asset in-game. In addition, I sourced other assets used for set decoration. Plushies were also provided for fan moments in addition to the inclusion of various VALORANT theme keychains to surprise and delight attendees.
I worked as the primary point of contact between a social agency and Riot for the LCS Spring 2023 season. I assisted with overall campaign planning and facilitated asset transfers, reviews, and scheduling. The above is one of the Spring Finals promos we worked with the agency to create out of existing assets.
As part of the remit, the agency also worked on explainer graphics and various other social graphics packages and video content that I helped pitch, facilitate, and review for publicaiton.
